Teams of Our Lady (TOOL) has two international Satellite Teams working on strategic projects for the growth and modernization of the Movement. These teams, composed of couples from different countries and continents, represent the universality and commitment of our movement to the mission of accompanying married couples on their path to holiness.
Resource Cataloging Team
What does the project involve?
The Resource Cataloging project is a comprehensive digital transformation initiative aimed at creating a unified and accessible platform for all Teams of Our Lady resources. The project seeks to catalog, digitize, and distribute the organization’s diverse collection of materials through a modern web platform.
Why is it important?
Currently, valuable resources—including audiovisual materials, presentations, books, and formation materials—are scattered across different locations, formats, and languages. This fragmentation makes it difficult for members worldwide to access the materials they need. The new platform will solve this problem by creating a centralized, searchable repository that will preserve these resources and make them available to all members.
General objective
To implement an integrated document management system that enables the cataloging, classification, digitization, and efficient distribution of all available TOOL resources through an accessible web platform, ensuring their preservation, easy retrieval, and use by all members.

Formation Plan Update Team
What does the project involve?
The Formation Plan Update Project is an international collaborative initiative to modernize the formation program of Teams of Our Lady (TOOL). Its goal is to simplify the methodology, update content with recent Church teachings, adapt materials to cultural diversity, and integrate digital resources—all while preserving fidelity to the founding charism.
Why is it important?
The current program, based on a 2011 document, no longer reflects today’s ecclesial, cultural, and technological realities. Updating it will make formation more accessible to contemporary couples, eliminate unnecessary complexities, and ensure that the Movement can effectively accompany married couples on their path to holiness in the 21st century.
General objective
To modernize the Ongoing Formation Program of Teams of Our Lady (TOOL) while preserving its founding charism, adapting it to contemporary ecclesial, cultural, and technological contexts so that couples at all stages of their lives can grow in holiness.
