The Lord Jesus Christ has risen, Alleluia!
This is the joyful cry of the community of believers in the celebration of the event that has given birth to new life.
Once again, as the Lord Jesus’ disciples, we celebrate the Passover, the passage from death to life. We renew our baptismal promises and we promise to be more and more faithful witnesses of mercy and compassion.
We believe in the Resurrected Lord and this faith in Him leads us to turn towards our brothers and sisters. We do not believe ourselves to be unpunished. The renewal of our existence through the participation in the Mystery must lead us towards those who suffer and are in need.
May this Easter lead us towards new paths of joy and hope so that our sad and hopeless world can find faithful witnesses to the joy of salvation.
